We are not taking bookings from November 1st to November 30th, 2025, and from December 13th, 2025 to January 9th, 2026.

HOW TO ENROL ON A COURSE

Choose your course, accommodation and transport, then complete the rest of this form and send it to us. We will then send you:

1. Your invoice confirming your registration, homestay details, transport confirmation and important information for your stay.

We require a non-refundable deposit of £400 within 7 days of when you receive the invoice. Payment details are on the invoice.

2. An official letter of registration (visa applicants only).

CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION

1. Total course fee to be paid 30 days before arrival or on receipt of invoice if course starts within a month of booking.

2. The £400 deposit is non-refundable and should be paid in British pounds (GBP) within 7 days of receipt of invoice.

3. Cancellation terms:

a. more than 28 days before arrival: the £400 deposit

b. 21 - 28 days before arrival: the £400 deposit plus 1 week’s accommodation

c. 14 - 20 days before arrival: the £400 deposit plus 2 weeks’ accommodation

d. less than 14 days before arrival: no refund

e. no refund for leaving before the end of the course or for changing to a less intensive course once the course has started.

(All at the discretion of the Directors, whose decision will be final)

4. You must tell us of any medical conditions, special needs or dietary requirements at the time of booking (or when they develop) and tell us of any changes before you arrive.

5. We reserve the right to expel any student without refund should that student fail to comply with the high standards of behaviour we expect at Sidmouth International School and with British law, as set out in our Disciplinary Policy.

6. Students will be charged for any damage caused to property belonging to the school, the homestay family or another student.

7. Students understand that the school cannot guarantee student numbers, age ranges, or nationalities in any given week. Class sizes may vary depending on the time of year, especially in the low season.

8. You understand that if no course is available at a suitable level for you, or if you are the only student in a class, you will be offered reduced hours of 1-2-1 classes at your original course price as follows: General Course: 15hrs>10hrs 1-2-1. Intensive course: 21 hrs>15 hrs 1-2-1.
